NextGen Pilot Sdn Bhd is a registered HRD Corp Training Provider, supporting Malaysian employers with structured workforce development programs across leadership, AI and digital transformation, ESG, energy transition, aviation, English language, and professional skills.
HRD Corp Claimable Courses help registered employers retrain and upskill employees according to their operational and business needs.
Eligible programs may include in-house, public, online, e-learning, coaching, and other approved training formats, subject to HRD Corp requirements.
For eligible HRD Corp registered employers, training costs can be supported through available levy and applicable financial assistance, subject to grant approval, program eligibility, and HRD Corp's prevailing terms and Allowable Cost Matrix.
The typical HRD Corp claimable training process is straightforward. Here's what to expect from start to finish.
Choose an existing NextGen Pilot program or discuss an in-house training requirement with our team.
We provide course content, schedule, quotation, trainer profile, delivery format, and participant requirements.
The employer submits the applicable training grant application through HRD Corp's e-TRiS platform before training begins.
Training should only proceed in accordance with the approved grant and applicable HRD Corp timing requirements.
NextGen Pilot conducts the program in the agreed format and maintains required training and attendance records.
Following training completion, relevant claim documentation is submitted in accordance with HRD Corp procedures and timelines.
HRD Corp Claimable Courses can support in-house training designed around an employer's operational and workforce requirements. In-house programs are particularly suitable for training larger teams or addressing a specific organizational capability gap.
NextGen Pilot can customize learning objectives, course content, industry examples, organizational case studies, internal SOP-related scenarios, assessment methods, training duration, and delivery format.
Employees may also participate in scheduled public programs where suitable. Public training is ideal for smaller participant numbers and specialist development needs.
